In the disease of the hydraulic buildings,the existence of the crack is not negligible.It is not only the main disease,but also the most common.In ship lock chamber to study the concrete cracks,first should from the source to understand in the crack area crack formation mechanism and all kinds of damage,and then put forward the crack control measures,effective and easy to implement and ensure the normal operation of locks,will loss to a minimum,the overall safety and maintenance of ship lock is of great significance.In this paper,a three wire lock whole dock lock chamber structure as the prototype,the ANSYS finite element software simulation chamber during the construction of the casting process,combined with hot-structure coupling theory,the temperature field and stress field of lock chamber structure made a systematic analysis.In this paper,the influences of different initial pouring temperature and the temperature and temperature of the temperature field and the stress field are analyzed.Finally,according to the data of the project and the numerical analysis of the model,the causes and factors of the temperature cracks in the construction period are analyzed in detail.The work and the main results of this article are as follows:1?Through reading a large number of literature,summarized the main research results of large volume concrete cracks at home and abroad,this paper expounds the temperature field,stress field finite element method and thermal structure coupling theory.In combination with the practical situation of engineering construction,ruled out because of the construction process and bottom uneven settlement lead to the possibility of cracks occurred during the construction,draw lessons from past research achievements of experts and scholars,puts forward the main content of this topic research and the research methods.2?In the process of numerical simulation of the whole brake wall casting,this paper analyzes the different pouring temperature and heat preservation measures,as well as the different thickness of the wall body of lock chamber the influence of the temperature field and thermal stress distribution,and summarizes the general law.Through calculation and analysis,and points out that multiple parts of the lock chamber wall cracks,and compared with the measured data is described in the crack position,verify the correctness of the model calculation.3?By using ANSYS,the structure of the chamber wall is applied to the structure of the chamber wall,and the analysis of the structural coupling is analyzed,and the main factors of the fracture in the structure of the structure of the gate room are determined by the temperature stress.At the same time,it is also found that reducing the initial pouring temperature and taking heat preservation measures can effectively reduce the temperature stress and also the effective means to control the temperature crack.4?In view of the main causes of crack formation in the lock structure,the effective preventive measures and remedial methods are put forward.To provide reference for the construction of the lock or large-sized concrete projects.
