With the continuous growth of air transportation,building a new runway is one of the most direct and effective ways to solve the air traffic congestion.For ATC units,safety assessments should be done on any risk and problem caused by changes(including building new or expanding runways and taxiways).Monte carlo method is used to establish a quantitative evaluation model of the risk probability of runway incursion in the double-runway operation,and it is used to evaluate whether the double-runway structure design is reasonable.First of all,use the traditional hazard identification method and make safety checklist and hazard control list for tower of one airport which running double runway,to carry out the work of identifying hazard in double runway operation,and achieved good results and put forward a targeted risk control measures for double runway operating units reference.Secondly,the factors such as the friction coefficient of the runway,the type of the carrier and the relative position of the runway and the taxiway are taken into account to establish the safety evaluation model of the double runway operation based on the intrinsical safe.The program is designed by computer language python and the validity of the model is verified according to the "Regulations on the safe management of civil airport operation".Finally,the data of one double runway airport are used to calculate the influence of friction coefficient,aircraft performance and runway structural design on runway risk.Concluded as follow:(1)The airport runway friction coefficient of the minimum value of 0.47,(2)The C-type aircraft is more prone to runway incursion,(3)The optimal value of the vertical taxiway position of the airport from the runway entrance is 1150 meters.The position of the stop light on the taxiway is 120 meters from the middle of the runway centerline.The vertical taxiway position of the airport is set properly.
