Radio altimeter is important on aircraft navigation equipment,including aircraft,missiles,can accurately measure the aircraft under complex weather conditions relative to the real height of the land or sea,in order to ensure aircraft performing related tasks;Under the condition of poor visibility,and other equipment,the plane can also guide the plane landed safely,is very important to ensure that the aircraft's flight safety.Obviously,the performance of radio altimetables will directly affect the completion of flight missions and flight safety.Before the radio altimeter is equipped with the aircraft,it can be tested to determine whether its working condition is good or not.The radio altimeter detector is indispensable for radio altimeter test equipment,in order to guarantee the performance of the radio altimeter,developed the radio altimeter detector is particularly necessary.Along with the rapid development of science and technology,the research direction of radio altimeter is moving toward digital and intelligent development.To meet the test requirements of ALT type radio altimeter,at the same time improve the detection ability of altimeter and detection technology,this paper discusses the design and implementation of the radio altimeter detector.In this paper,first of all,the article analyzes the working principle of the radio altimeter,discussed the radio altimeter detection method,this paper introduces the working principle,technical characteristics of ALT type radio altimeter and testing principle.Then,put forward the overall technical scheme of the radio altimeter detector,the radio altimeter detector was described in detail the software and hardware design and the concrete implementation method,including: hardware part completed before and after the meter panel,power supply/artificial simulated plate and ARINC 429 test board design and implementation of the hardware circuit and rf unit;Among them,the power/simulating board,ARINC 429 test board,choose based on MCS-51 series microcontroller AT89S52 as the core control chip,not only improves the real time and reduces the complexity of circuit of detector to detect,and greatly reduce the cost the price of the detector.Software part completed based on AT89S52 MCU program design,complete W3010 WEINVIEW touch screen as a PC based test interface design,and power/artificial simulation of plate,ARINC 429 test board and altimeter transceiver as a machine for serial communication software design.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of radio altimeter are verified by laboratory verification of radio altimeter.
