In the operating parameters of substation power equipment, the temperature is an important feature that show the equipment running state. In the course of operation, the power switch equipment causes wear and tear due to the mechanical interference and the interference of the natural environment, the deterioration of the work performance due to the ageing of the heating load,the insulator's surface insulation is reduced due to environmental pollution interference, leading to its discharge along the surface, equipment contacts suffered high current caused by excessive heat and so on a series of circumstances will lead to abnormal power equipment temperature. In the substation power system, the high voltage switch cabinet plays a vital role. In the actual power system working process, the temperature rise fault of the switchgear mainly appears at the connection point of the cable joint and the position of the static and dynamic contact. Therefore, effective detection control is to guard against the switchboard load temperature rise failure and to ensure the normal and stable operation of the power system focus.Aiming at the defects of the detection sensor technology and the comprehensive utilization of the detection data, the design of SAW (surface acoustic wave)technology is applied to the temperature detection of the core of the substation.Firstly,the research status of SAW technology is analyzed. At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of various temperature detection techniques are compared and analyzed. The advantages of SAW sensor temperature measurement are described. The working principle and structure of passive wireless surface acoustic wave sensor is studied in detail. Then, the theory of wireless surface acoustic wave sensing technology is studied. At the same time, the overall scheme and hardware and software design of SAW temperature sensor signal detection system are described in detail. The hardware design mainly completes the signal detection design, switch design, bandpass filter design, A/D converter circuit and communication design. The software design mainly completes the software flow design, designs the automatic control transmission gain and the receiving gain,effectively handles the SAW temperature sensor over-saturation defect, and increases the detection interval of the detection system.The surface acoustic wave temperature detection system host computer man-machine interaction interface is designed with configuration king. In addition,the application analysis of the temperature detection system is carried out. Among them, the performance and accuracy of the surface acoustic wave are tested and verified. The results show that it can show a good linearity and detection performance and the temperature measurement accuracy to meet the technical requirements of the device. It can detect temperature online and reliably realize temperature alarm function.
