Liner reversion(CIPP) is a new rising technology of the domestic gas industry in recent years,the principle is that the tubular polyurethane film fabric liners are pushed into the old cleaning gas pipeline by using high strength adhesive and compressed air, after curing under the normal temperature and pressure, the sealed liner can instead of the old inner pipeline wall in order to achieve the rehabilitation.The medium pressure liner reversion technology has brought in by Beijing gas for more than ten years ago, along with the development of city construction, the former liner reversion technologies are not capable of the request of urban gas pipeline rehabilitation. Therefore, the high pressure liner reversion technology was brought in as the supplement in 2011.The old pipeline cleaning procedure is the important link of liner reversion construction.The aim of this article is that through the study of pipeline cleaning methods, comparing the differences and similarities of several methods, find out the optimizati on scheme to provide the basis theoretical of liner reversion in Beijing Gas and all China gas industry in the future. Through the researching on the projects, during the liner reversion processing, every procedure of cleaning is independent, but also supplement each other. The intelligence using during the construction will make the projects more efficiency and the quality can be guaranteed.
