Research And Design Of Barrier-free Packaging And Labeling Of Plastic Toys For Children

With the improvement of the material living standard of the people living in China, as the customers can easily access to better products and services,people cares more and more about children. The toy and packaging industries shall keep pace with the times and create better toys and packaging products for children. The barrier free packaging and labeling of plastic toys are more scientific,convenient,environmental-friendly and humanistic concept products modified from the flawed current similar products. Current packaging products of plastic toys usually cause different degrees of hurt to children because they are not designed properly in structure and material. The excessive packaging also caused waste of material and damage to the environment.Through the research of barrier-free toy packaging design for children,the result not only provides the field of toy packaging design with certain theoretical references,but also offers potential market value.Children’s plastic toys packaging are analyzed in this paper in the aspects of background, significance of research and research purposes, simply expounds the definition and concept of barrier-free design, then analyses the characteristics of the specific function of barrier-free packaging design and the matters need attention, the paper analyzes the relationship of physical and mental states of the consumers between packaging itself, and the physical and mental characteristics, aesthetic needs and purchase motivation of children and parents related to the toys’ packaging design, presents the three main principles of barrier-free packaging in the process of production, use and waste. The paper specifically explains the the visual elements and behavior oriented design of children’s plastic toys packaging and discuss the specific ideas and methods for the design of barrier-free packaging of plastic toys. Finally, the paper analyzed the problems of packaging design of plastic toys in the market, and put forward to create a new type of barrier-free packaging of plastic toys which not only conforms to the children’s physical and mental development but also scientific,artistic,safe.Through the study, the author hopes to provide theoretical support and help the design of children’s plastic toys packaging.
