At present, most of the temperature control system used in server room in airports are ones that based on air compressor, cause high energy consuming. This subject present a heat exchange system based on the principle of thermal convection. This heat exchange system has ensured the control effect and the stability and reduced the energy consumption of temperature control. At the same time, it improves the airtightness of the work environment, which can meet the requirements of the temperature control system in server room in airports.This paper uses temperature control of server room of Capital Airports Holding Company as research object, based on heat exchange system, designed an energy-saving temperature control experiment system, which is used to perform temperature control of server room in airports, record the operation data of the heat exchange system, lay a foundation of future updating the heat exchange system.Firstly, this paper finished the design of each part of the hardware system, including selection of electric device, sensor, controller, etc. and finished circuit design of electric draw. Secondly, design of program for S7-200 type PLC has been finished using STEP7 software. After finishing general design of monitoring system, monitoring system was completed in Force Control 7.0, which accomplish functions including running status display, data report, auto run of temperature control system, etc. After realizing the basic function of automatic operation of the system, combine classic PID and fuzzy control technique, fuzzy-PID controller was designed and realized. After using MATLAB to simulate two kinds of temperature control system and confine the advantage the latter, Fuzzy-PID controller is combined with energy-saving temperature control system.At present, the system has been put into use in the server room of CAH, which has achieved good control effect in stable running status and proved the rationality and validity of the system. The research results of this paper have certain realistic in energy-saving temperature control system.
