With the rapid development of the power industry,power plant unit capacity continues to expand,the requirements of thermal automation is also getting higher and higher.Boiler superheated steam temperature control system,as a thermal power,plant to ensure safety and economic operation of one of the key links to achieve its highly automated control is particularly important.The superheated steam temperature control system is a typical difficult system with large hysteresis and large inertia.There are many factors that affect the reheat steam temperature,such as the boiler load,the type of fuel and heat transfer performance,water temperature and so on.In this paper,the boiler superheated steam temperature control system of a power plant in Dalian is taken as the research object.A fuzzy self-tuning PID control system is designed and verified for the specific characteristics and adjustment tasks of the superheated steam temperature control system of the power plant.Temperature regulation of the dynamic performance,improve the power plant boiler superheated steam temperature regulation and control level.In this paper,the research status and development trend of boiler superheated steam temperature control system at home and abroad are introduced,and the main factors influencing the superheated steam temperature are analyzed emphatically.The characteristics and basic principles of conventional PID control and fuzzy control are introduced in detail.By analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,a control system combining these two control technologies is proposed—fuzzy self-tuning PID control system.And then use Matlab simulation software to compare it with the conventional PID control system,it is found that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is superior to the conventional PID controller,with a smaller overshoot,shorter steady-state time,stronger anti-interference,better adaptability and higher accuracy.Finally,the system is applied to the control system of superheated steam temperature and simulated by Matlab software,the correctness and feasibility of the system in the superheated steam temperature control system of power plant are verified by simulation results.
