Mechanical press is a commonly used forging equipment in industrial production.It is widely used in stamping,extrusion,die forging and other technological occasions because of its smooth action and reliable work.The press is accompanied by the heat of the movement pair and other parts during the operation,and the thermal deformation of the mechanism caused by the heat will directly affect the processing accuracy and service life of the press.Because the temperature rise change produced by the structure of the motion pair has the characteristics of pure hysteresis,multi-time variation and nonlinearity,and the position of the temperature measurement point of the motion pair is difficult to determine,it is difficult to control its temperature.In order to solve this problem,It is necessary to develop a design scheme for real-time monitoring and control system for the temperature of the press movement pair.This article first introduces the current research status at home and abroad,and takes the temperature of the mechanical press movement pair in the forging production as the control object,and combines Solid Works three-dimensional drawing and ANSYS finite element simulation software to study the thermal characteristics of the selected movement pair.The degree of deformation determines the position of the temperature measurement point and establishes the temperature control model of the motion pair.Then analyze the shortcomings of conventional PID and fuzzy control,leading to fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm to solve the problems of poor control accuracy and weak adaptive power in the temperature control process,and accordingly design a fuzzy controller in MATLAB with reference to fuzzy rules.The simulation results show that compared with conventional PID control and fuzzy control,fuzzy PID control has the advantages of high stability,low overshoot,and good robustness.Finally,in order to improve the automatic industrial control level of the press,this paper designs a set of temperature control system for the press motion pair mainly composed of the upper computer PC,on-site touch screen,lower computer PLC,temperature sensor and proportional flow valve.The control system is divided into two levels of control systems,each level of control system obeys the master-slave relationship,the lower process control level is mainly represented by the lower computer PLC's signal reading of the temperature sensor and the opening adjustment of the proportional flow valve.The operation monitoring level is mainly manifested as the online optimization of control parameters by MATLAB and the real-time monitoring of the equipment status by the upper computer configuration software.Use Profibus DP field bus technology to realize the data communication between each level,and realize the data exchange between MATLAB and PLC with the help of OPC protocol and force control configuration software as the bridge,apply complex algorithms to actual engineering problems,and improve the control system the reliability and stability of this product provide a new solution for other industrial temperature control.
