The grabbing grass machine is a special equipment for the loading of crop straw and forest sticks.It can be widely applied to the straw purchase field,bark branch acquisition field,biomass energy power plants,paper mills and other places of loading and unloading,stacking,handling and clearance operations,especially,crop recovery has been rapid development in recent years.Currently,grasping grass machine with hydraulic power steering and there is little electric power steering.Electric power steering has the advantages of reduce fuel consumption,energy saving and environmental protect,compact structure,good operation stability and steering characteristics and easy maintenance compared with the hydraulic power steering.Therefore,the research of grabbing grass machine of electric power steering system has important practical significance.Currently,the development of EPS system is still development period in the domestic,however,its key of technology is monopolized by foreign enterprises.The optimization and reliability of domestic EPS system control strategy needs to be improved.Therefore,this article has carried on the research of control strategy for grabbing grass machine of EPS.This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of EPS system and introducing the basic types of EPS and analyzing the key components of EPS system,including torque sensor,deceleration mechanism,booster motor,ECU and steering gear.Through the analysis of EPS system and corresponding simplification that the mathematical model of EPS system is established.The vehicle model of the lawn mower is established by Carsim simulation software that the validity of the vehicle model is verified.This paper studies the assisting characteristics and control strategy and analyzes the auxiliary characteristics of grazing machine of EPS system.The parameters of power generation are calculated.The current control method and fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy of booster motor are studied.Designed of fuzzy adaptive PID controller.The simulation model of EPS system was established by using Simulink based on the mathematical model of EPS system that the effect of fuzzy adaptive PID control was verified.Then,using the vehicle model established by Carsim and the EPS model based on Simulink joint simulation.Verify the validity of the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy.The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy has better steering convenience and road sense.
