Based on the background of automobile manufacturing,this article elaborates the importance of the new welding line transmission mode to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.Finding a suitable welding line transmission mode to solve production line problems,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs is the key point to make our automobile enterprises win a place in the global market competition.Based on the C011—A car project of the floor-main welding line,a new transmission mode of the floor line is designed and studied.The scheme planning and design of the high speed transmission grabbing device is carried out to formulate the process file for structural design by taking the digital design technology as the research platform.According to the process file,the three-dimensional structure of the high speed transmission grabbing device is designed and the mechanical property analysis of the main components is completed.Then using the simulation platform simulates the movement process of the high speed transmission grabbing device,which proves the rationality of the new transmission mode.Finally get the conclusion that the new welding line transmission mode is feasible,has the reasonable layout,meet the requirements of the production process and can be put into production.
