According to the statistics,coal reserves in China reside the first place in the world.Coal is main energy resource of our country for a short term and even quite a long time,but pollutants such as particulate matter and sulphur dioxide are produced in the combustion process of coal.With the socio-economic continuous development and the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,more and more people attach great importance to dust removal and desulfurization in industry,which is developing rapidly and has a significant potential.According to the control requirements of a heating company in Gansu province for the desulfurization system and dedust system,this paper has designed a set of boiler automatic control scheme for desulphurization and dust removal system,including use of MCGS touch-screen as the upper machine,choosing SIEMENS series S7-200 PLC as the master station and slave station to control the desulfurization and dust removal system respectively,using the Modbus communication to achieve the main station controlling reading and writing for the slave station.Based on referring to relevant information and consulting electrical engineer with considerable experience,the electrical schematic diagram and component layout diagram of desulfurization dust removal system were designed by using EPLAN software.With the help of S7-200PLC programming software,control program of desulphurization and dust removal system was designed to achieve Modbus communication between the master station and the slave station.Besides,inlet temperature of dust collector used PID regulation,and according to relay self-tuning PID principle,self-tuning program was compiled and upper machine simulation images was configured to get PID parameter,then use it to do simulation analysis.Finally,paper using MCGSE software finished the secondary development of computer monitoring and control system,where picture is intuitive and vivid and the real situation of production site can be reflected accurately.
