Electrical vehicle(EV)becomes more and more popular in recent years.As a kind of transportation tool,EV is supplied by electric energy.So,charging pile is very important for EV.To make charging pile working well and stably in the complicated electromagnetic environment,we should do the electromagnetic compatibility test for charging pile.Generally speaking,there are three methods to test the electromagnetic interference: surge test,electrostatic discharge test and the electrical fast transient pulse test(EFT test).EFT test is the most rigorous methods among the three.In this thesis,we designed a high voltage pulse source(HVPS)for AC charging pile EFT test,which can generate pulse with high frequency,high amplitude,narrow pulse front steep and frequency width.The HVPS source can satisfy the technical standard of EFT test.In order to reduce the volume and quality of the pulse source,as well as improve the efficiency of the power supply,high voltage switching power supply are used.Furthermore,in order to reduce the electromagnetic radiation of the pulse source,the filter is used to restrain the spread of the interference signal.The thesis is composed of following parts.Firstly,we introduced the current development of pulsed power technology at home and abroad,and set up AC charging EFT test model;Secondly,we analyzed the charging pile model and electromagnetic interference coupling path.Thirdly,based on hydrogen thyratron,we gave the software and hardware design of the main switching device,which includes MATLAB modeling and simulation,the main circuit of the pulse generator,high voltage DC full bridge driving circuit and a pulse transformer,software design of controller based on the TMS320F2812 and PC based on VB6.0.Finally,the experimental results of the HVPC are presented.
