The burning of the power fuel in the coal-fired power plant lead to fuel gas pollutants which mainly are gascarbon oxides,nitrogen oxides,sulfur oxides and so on.These pollutants not only bring serious environmental problems,but also can cause respiratory diseases and other problems.As early as October,1982,the United Nations came up with? The International Environmental Law ? to protect natural environment which our survive.Also,our country came on?The Environment Protection Law?during its 13 th Five Year Plan and put into effect at January 1,2015.This law propose reductions explicitly and take the control of the nitrogen oxides discharging as an important subject of environmental governance.The power industry,as one of the industries of nitrogen pollution,the nitrogen oxides emission control technology research also is imperative.Based on this background,We have designed the installation of the flue gas denitration device of the coal-fired power plants generator.Till now,there are many governance technology types of the coal-fired flue gas nitrogen oxides which were developed by various countries all around the world.And selective catalytic reduction(SCR)flue gas denitration technology is the most useful and efficient all around the world currently.The core mechanism of SCR is using the ammonia as a reducing agent to transform the nitrogen oxides to nitrogen.The topic in a coal-fired power plant generator flue gas denitration project as the background,We have designed the installation of the flue gas denitration device of the coal-fired power plants generator.Paper main contents are as follows:Firstly,This paper expounds the energy structure and the harm of nitrogen oxide,and the present situation?its application of the coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology at home and abroad and has a full explanation of the necessity and the protection work of the coal-fired power plant liquid ammonia equipment installation;Secondly,through the coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration project of liquid ammonia storage ? preparation and supply system for the analysis,to present the equipment installation overall scheme design of the coal-fired power plant;then through the technological process of the ammonia station in the coal-fired flue gas has studied to design liquid ammonia unload system?liquid ammonia storage system?auxiliary system,and the installation layout equipment of ammonia have been designed at the same time;Finally,the installation of electrical equipment and thermal control system for the coalfired power plant ammonia area have carried on the detailed narration,and more from ammonia pipeline installation requirements,to introduce the ammonia area pipeline's layout problems ? anticorrosion problems ? thermal insulation problems ? installation construction problems and etc on.Finally by debugging,the system can guarantee the safety storage of liquid ammonia and a steady supply of ammonia,and can real-time detect and control the process parameters.The system design follows the safety system design principles which has a certain guiding role to ammonia storage and supply control system design of flue gas denitration project.
