Electric power industry is the pillar of the national economy enterprise,our production,the life is inseparable from the electric power industry to bring help and support.But,with the rapid development of power industry,the capacity of coal-fired units are also increasing,coal will produce large amounts of nitrogen oxide(NOX),such as nitrogen oxides(NOX)is one of the main factors of atmospheric pollution environment,are a threat to people's physical health,damage to our survival environment,thereby affecting the level of the national economy rising steadily,affects the sustainable development of economy in our country.To this,in the face of the state environmental protection advocates,coal-fired power plants to increase the flue gas denitration technology research and development,the innovation of denitration technology to reduce NOx emissions,to achieve low nitrogen combustion in coal-fired power plant boiler,the effect of economic development of coal-fired power plant and environmental protection in China will play a very important economic significance.In recent years,China's coal-fired power plants began to pay more and more attention to strengthen the work of environmental protection,in order to effectively control of coal-fired power generating units produce nitrogen oxides in the process of production,reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides,every large coal-fired power plants in China began to old and new units for flue gas denitration technology reform,strengthen the denitration industry attaches great importance to the development of coal-burning power plants and supervision,to a certain extent of nox production and achieved good control emissions.Among them,in the denitration technology modification of the more conspicuous to Harbin boiler plant co.,LTD.,using selective catalytic reduction(SCR)removal of NOx in flue gas,the denitration reducing agent used for urea pyrolysis of ammonia,NOx in the coal has been effectively controlled,become the label of the power industry.To this,in this paper,the coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology for concrete analysis: first,the analysis of major background and flue gas denitration technology research significance,and introduced the flue gas denitration technology in domestic and foreign research present situation,coal-fired power plants in China for the problems existing in the flue gas denitration technology research,put forward in this paper,the flue gas denitration technology innovation research;Then,in this paper,the nitrogen oxide generated mechanism and harm,discussed from the mechanism of NOx and hazard analysis,put forward the coal-fired power plant flue gas emissions of NOx can bring what harm,put forward the innovation research of denitration technology is to solve the main solution of NOx;Then in view of the current coal-fired power plants the influence factors of denitration efficiency and measures to reduce NOx,at present the main factors influencing the denitration efficiency is put forward,and based on common flue gas denitration method of relatively,visible selective catalytic reduction(SCR)removal of NOx in flue gas method is very effective;Finally,put forward the plump thermoelectric company using selective catalytic reduction(SCR)methods to remove the NOx in flue gas,and comparing before and after the modification of denitration operation analysis,by demonstrating experiment,using selective catalytic reduction(SCR)in the aspect of the flue gas denitration has certain feasibility.
