China's energy consumption is dominated by coal,nitrogen oxides generated by the combustion caused great pollution to the atmosphere,the emissions from coal-fired power plants at a rate above 60%,so the control of coal-fired power plant NO_x emission is very important for the prevention of air pollution.At present,the selective catalytic reduction denitration technology has become the mainstream technology of coal fired power plant denitration.The implementation of the new emission standards for thermal power plants in 2012,China has built hundreds of SCR flue gas denitration device,but the presence of flue gas denitration NH3 escape high concentration,air preheater heat exchanger fouling and other problems in the actual operation,which is mainly caused by the NH3/NO_x mixing effect is not uniform,so the optimal control has become the important ammonia injection the work of denitrification operation of coal-fired power plant SCR.In this paper,taking the No.2 300 MW unit of Baotou No.3 Thermal Power Plant as an example,through analyzing the causes of uneven mixing and NH3/NO_x analysis,carries on the test to the entrance and exit of the denitration system of flue gas velocity,NO_x concentration,ammonia concentration and other parameters after the escape,to adjust the opening degree of denitration system the ammonia injection pipe and,for ammonia injection automatic control logic to improve,thus contributing to the reactor NH3/NO_x mixed fully,reduce the export of NH3 escape concentration,made at the same time under different conditions according to the optimization and adjustment of denitration ammonia spraying operation card,guide SCR denitration economic stability operation.Through the adjustment and optimization of the ammonia injection,can maintain the SCR denitration outlet ammonia escape is not more than 1ppm years,can save the cost of 470 thousand yuan,ammonia fan power consumption 220 thousand yuan,exceed the standard environmental protection fined 1 million yuan,reduce the ammonia escape adverse effects on the boiler equipment and the environment,improve the economic operation of the SCR removal of nitrate.Therefore,optimization and adjustment of ammonia injection has good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
