| The main research contents of dynamic characteristics of gear system are the influence of inherent characteristics,dynamic response,dynamic stability and system parameters on the dynamic characteristics of gear system.The arc gear is a point meshing gear,as a new gear,it has a wide range of applications.Since the manufacture of circular arc gear,people have made a lot of research results in the processing,manufacturing,meshing theory,meshing characteristics,tooth design of circular arc gear.At present,there are not many results of the research on the dynamic characteristics of the double arc gear.For the multi-arc cylindrical gears,there have been no studies about the mechanism(regularity)of the multi-arc gears in the smoothness of the transmission,vibration and noise.In this paper,the nonlinear vibration problem of arc gear pair is studied,and the influence of time varying meshing stiffness and error excitation on the vibration of gear system is analyzed.The difference between double arc gear and quadruple arc gear is analyzed.In this paper,the change of the time-varying meshing stiffness of the gear is studied based on the influence of gear time-varying meshing stiffness on the excitation of the gear transmission system and its dynamic characteristics.The meshing characteristics of multi-arc gears are analyzed.The finite element model of the circular contact of the arc cylindrical gear is established by using the finite element elastic contact analysis method.The time-varying meshing stiffness of the gear pair is calculated.The non-linear factors such as time-varying meshing stiffness excitation and error excitation in multi-arc gear transmission system are considered in this paper when analyzing the nonlinear vibration of the arc gear pair.The nonlinear dynamic model of gear pair is established.The dynamic response of multi-arc gear transmission system is solved by the variable-step fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration method for the differential equation of gear vibration differential equation.This paper analyzes the law of frequency response between multi-arc gears,and provides the theoretical basis for the future use of arc gear and the design of multi-arc gear tooth profile. |
