With the 2016 National Development and Reform Commission,"Energy Development" thirteen "plan" officially issued,the plan put forward the appropriate advance construction of electric vehicle charging facilities,electric car charging equipment market will usher in blowout development.For the regional characteristics and user needs put forward the corresponding series of charging equipment solutions,in line with the current trend of the development of new energy industry.The idea of the paper is based on the development of the product series of related elements gradually developed.Firstly,the urban parking area is used as the starting point.Through the user interview and the questionnaire,the user needs to find the user's demand for the charging equipment of the vehicle,and establish a typical user model to assist the system design of the charging equipment.Combined with the actual production and processing technology and cost considerations,to make a systematic production program,given the charging equipment manufacturers and charging equipment operators in the production and operation of the relevant series of design recommendations and case reference.Series of design methods will be the user needs and production of the actual combination of the formation of interchangeable functional modules,with a unified design concept of a series of product design,in order to solve the actual needs of users under the premise of reducing the company's R & D and Cost of production.The focus of this paper is from the user point of view,the use of serial design method,in the "product design","user needs" and "production process cost" between the three dimensions of weighing products to conduct a series of design,Serialized design,and put forward the relevant product serialization design strategy.The content of this paper is of great significance to the long-term operation of charging equipment infrastructure.
