Research On Design Of The User-experience-based Charging Equipment Of Electric Vehicles

With the rapid development of China's electric vehicle industry and the strong support of the country,electric vehicles have gradually become the main travel method in our daily lives.And the charging equipment of electric vehicles has gradually become the necessary appurtenance for us.The charging equipment of electric vehicles has limited the rapid development of electric vehicles.Therefore,the development of the charging equipment of electric vehicles makes significant influence on the development rapidity of the electric vehicle industry.In this project,with electric vehicles' demands for the charging environment,the problems for the current users to use the charging equipment are solved and optimized,based on the design of charging equipment and the design elements of products.In this project,starting from the users' operation of the charging equipment of electric vehicles,attempts are made to solve the problems which users have when using the charging equipment.According to the characteristics of the current charging equipment of electric vehicles,its operation steps are complicated for users.In this paper,the relationship between users and the charging equipment of electric vehicles is studied based on "users" and "equipment"."Equipment" refers to the charging equipment of electric vehicles.By studying its status,its technical characteristics and usages are understood.The space environment where the equipment is located is studied to analyze the relationship between it and users in the space environment.By studying and analyzing the operating characteristics of the equipment and the problems of users in operation,the requirements and characteristics of the current users are understood to find the issues of the charging equipment.Only when the problems between "users" and the "equipment" are found can the "equipment" serve for "users" better.In this project,with the main service objects of "users",how the charging equipment is used by users is researched for analyzing the characteristics which the charging equipment of electric vehicles is supposed to have.The problems of users when using the charging equipment are understood through the research on their using process.The core issues are sorted out to find the design principles of the charging equipment which are suitable for users.Based on these design principles,the current charging equipment is optimized or improved for users,so that the charging equipment of electric vehicles thatmeets user demands is designed.As a result,users get the better charging service and usage experience.
