The self-lubricating sliding bearings made of self-lubricating material have the advantages that other kinds of sliding bearings do not have.They are updated products which can replace the traditional bearings and are being widely used in many related fields.At the moment,the correlation analysis of self-lubrication bearing has become a hot topic in the research of bearings.In this paper,the numerical simulation analysis of the working state of the self lubrication sliding bearing,combined with the two phase flow theory,computational fluid mechanics and computational solid mechanics,and applied the ICEM CFD,FLUENT and ANAYS Workbench software,etc.Not only the two phase flow theory is applied to the mechanical field,but also the combination of many kinds of software has realized.In this study,the gas based bearing is analyzed,and the bearing capacity,pressure and solid volume fraction distribution of the lubricating film are studied while the self-lubricating material particles are different Then,on the basis of not changing the bearing model,the lubrication condition of the bearing is changed,a little oil is applied,and the oil base bearing is analyzed and compared with the working state of the air base.Finally,the coupled analysis of self-lubricating sliding bearings sleeve is carried out and,studied the stress and deformation distribution of the sleeve when bearing speed changes.The results of numerical simulation show that the self-lubricating bearing in the state of dry friction,if bearing high rotational speed,when the volume fraction of particles in self-lubricating materials is larger,the particle diameter is small,it can obtain larger capacity of lubricating film.And at this time the pressure of the left bottom of the lubrication film is the largest,self lubrication material particles are also the most concentrated here.When the self lubricating bearing is in the state of oil lubrication,the bearing capacity of the oil based lubricant under the condition of the bearing speed is smaller than that of the air base.And the properties of the self-lubricating material particles in the air-based lubricating film determine the carrying capacity and the maximum pressure of the lubricating film.In the gas lubricating film flow field and sleeve coupling,with the increase of speed,bearing the maximum of the stress and deformation of the area and area are increasing,but the stress value is always far less than the yield limit of the steel back.And the change of bearing speed of shaft force and deformation distribution trend should be no greater impact,only on the value of change.Through this research results,we can understand the self lubrication sliding bearing under various conditions of work status,provide some theoretical basis for the optimization design,prolong the service life andreliability.It has more practical significance.
