Bearing is a key component which plays an important role of guidance and support.Among all bearings, the sliding shaft, with high bearing capacity, low friction coefficient and impact resistant ability, had been widely applied in large equipment. With the upgrade process in manufacturing in our country, the power, speed, temperature, degree of automation of equipment were put forward for higher requirements in industrial production. Under the extreme condition of the working environment, there may be some danger caused by lubrication failure, which is caused by the viscosity decline of lubricating oil. As one of the most advanced lubrication method, oil-gas lubrication can effectively reduce the risk of lubrication failure. However, there exists some techniques when applied to sliding bearing.With the combination of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental verification, the sliding bearing lubrication oil and gas flow channel structure was improved.Then, the theoretical research and experimental verification of the relationship between parameters of flow channel structure and the internal flow field, and the cooling performance were analyzed in detail.First of all, on the basis of reviewing the development of the oil-gas lubrication technology, and combining with the characteristics of sliding bearing and existing strengthened heat transfer technology, the cooling performance optimization scheme is given.Furthermore, with the combination of flow characteristics and heat transfer theory, the mathematical model of CFD simulation was given.Second, setting oil and gas area as an object, the impacts of circumferential export decorate form and mutational structure to heat exchange performance were the firstly analyzed; then began with a single entrance jet on axial line, the relationship between the distribution of the lubricating oil and Entrance number was analyzed step by step.Third, the circulation channel structure was optimized firstly, and by the comparison with five kinds of disturbed flow way and flow field characteristics of three different walls,the impacts about parameters of circular turbulence and rectangular fins tooth to intensity of heat exchange were analyzed in detail.Finally, a set of oil and gas lubricating system was set up, and temperature rise experiment of different structure bearing on the improvement of M2000 - A friction and wear testing machine was carried out. As the experimental results verified, the optimization scheme,of sliding bearing lubrication oil and gas port structure was feasible.
