Hydrostatic bearing with high precision hydrostatic bearings,long service life and bearing capacity,etc.,are widely used in modern ultra-precision machinery and equipment.In recent years,the performance analysis of the oil film of hydrostatic sliding bearing has become a hot topic at present,and a great deal of research has been carried out by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,the effects of adding solid particles on the performance of bearing system are studied theoretically,including geometric modeling and simulation analysis of the oil film.(1)Solidworks software was used to establish the oil film geometrical model,and the model was divided into structural grids by using ICEM.The FLUENT software was used to simulate the flow field without adding solid particles and adding solid particles in the oil film.The effects of solid particles on cavitation phenomenon,distribution of pressure field and bearing capacity of oil film was analyzed.(2)Combined with FLUENT software and static structure analysis,the bearing was subjected to one-way fluid-solid coupling analysis under two kinds of flow field,and the effect of adding solid particles on the stress and deformation of the system under steady state was compared.(3)The workbench software is used to carry out the modal analysis of bearings under different operating conditions,including modal analysis in free state,dry modal analysis and wet modal analysis.The natural frequency characteristics of the bearing system are studied,and the influence of the solid particles on the system modal properties is also analyzed.(4)In this paper,we use the solver System Coupling combined with fluent and transient structural analysis to realize the bidirectional fluid-solid coupling analysis of the bearing.The data obtained from the simulation shows the effect of adding solid particles on the vibration characteristics of the system and the influence of the solid particle density on the system vibration Effect of characteristics.At the same time,compared with unidirectional fluid-solid coupling results,the correctness of the method is verified.Through the fluid analysis,unidirectional fluid-solid coupling analysis comparison,modal analysis contrast and two-way fluid-solid coupling analysis comparison of the hydrostatic sliding bearing with solid particles added to the lubricating oil,the change law of the bearing capacity of the oil film is obtained,The law of vibration characteristics under steady state and transient state is of instructive practical significance for the research of lubricant additive of hydrostatic sliding bearing.
