| With the development of water supply engineering technology and maturation of V-filter water treatment technology,V-filter process is mostly used in new waterworks.It has also been relatively fixed that the process of design patterns and cell body structure about V-filter process,which has formed a certain design habits.There has been some software conditions for developing a parameterized,intelligent design and drafting software for such structures design and drafting.Developing a set of V-filter parametric design and drafting software,designers can reduce unnecessary red tape duplication to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency and accuracy of design.AutoCAD is a function of the relative strength of the computer-aided design and drafting software,so it is widely used.AutoCAD as a general-purpose software,only as a water treatment structures electronic design drawing board,it can not achieve the parameters,intelligent drawing purposes.However,a variety of development tools available on its open architecture itself together,can according to the needs of users of its secondary development to meet the various needs of users.In this paper,the research focus is the parametric design and drawing methods for V-filter.First,the V-filter design methods to standardize treatment,based on "outdoor water supply design specification"(GB50013-2006),in order to control the filtration rate as the basic design parameters in order to force the filtration rate as a check constraint to gas backwash strength water backwash strength,combined with air and water backwash strength aided design parameters,use the "standard’" for a given range of parameters as a basis for selection of design parameters,design and calculation formula to "outdoor water supply design specifications" as the basis to establish the recommended type V filter design and calculation models.Reference section V-filter engineering drawings,on V-filter design plans were normalized.System design plan sectional view of the filter in three different elevations and three different sections that can represent all the basic structure and size of the filter parts.To give a better representation of the user’s drawing design intent,but also for users to develop a draw anywhere sectional view of the function of the user’s design has drawn randomly select the cut position,the system draws the appropriate location according to the requirements of sectional view.This software runs in the AutoCAD system environment,using its built-in VBA language,the use of ActiveX Automation technology and visualization interface,developed a set of V-filter parametric design drawing system.The system consists of five major components,namely,form design,design calculations,parametric drawing,block modules and auxiliary function modules.Designed a total of 11 operational form,for man-machine interaction information.The main raw material used,the design parameters,drawing control parameters such as input and selection,design calculations show,to be checked and follow-up treatment of various constraints,the choice of a sectional view taken along any selected cell wall thickness and drawing scale and so on.Preparation of special drawing point calculation positioning element size,to determine the relative position of computing function 11,special basic primitive drawing functions 12,skillet filter head,tagging and other macro code module 5.With these special calculations and drawing functions and VBA basic drawing commands complete V-filter of parametric drawing work directly generate standard CAD design.If the graphic designer painted entirely satisfied,not only the driver can re-drawing by revising the design parameters and constraints and other methods,you can also manually modify the design of graphical CAD environment,redraw the drawing until satisfied. |
