The development of the economy to promote the progress of the society,more and more architectural form has been used in all around us.New buildings standing at an unprecedented rate in a city.But the buildings under construction at the same time also speed up the environmental pollution and energy waste.As people's environmental protection consciousness enhancement and countries to vigorously promote green and sustainable construction,the traditional wave industrial modernization is replaced by rational green intelligent development.The pursuit of higher quality environment,a more comfortable life is gradually become the consensus of human oriented to the future.But as for the requirement of increasing the quality of the green building,technical specifications,green building design and technology integration problems are exposed.Construction of the improving of the increasingly complicated and scientific and technological content,makes the architect in the pursuit of "high,big," but at the same time when the lack of a more professional collaborative design work in progress and efficiency of the control.And control of building energy consumption and the demand of the building performance analysis is becoming the main problem facing.So the introduction of new technology and new theory on the organic development of green building,becomes very urgent.This article through to the current status quo of green building,and the characteristics of building information modeling(BIM)technology were analyzed,and the theoretical system of BIM technology as the support,discusses the applicability of the computer aided architectural design and performance analysis.With the authors experience and results in the actual project as example,studied the BIM technology in green building collaborative application method of parametric design and performance analysis,specific content as followsFirst,analyzes the current problems existing in the design of the green building,and lists the characteristics of BIM technology and its advantages in architectural design.Through carding the basic principle of BIM technology,combined with the analysis of the green building standards,summarizes the applicable point of BIM technology in green building design.Secondly,analyses the BIM technology framework of collaborative design,proposed the BIM collaborative design team structure,the basic standard and collaborative design mode.At the same time puts forward the BIM in construction the basic applications of the parametric design and performance analysis model and method.In practice,combining with practice in the china-germany energy-saving demonstration project,respectively for BIM technology of computer aided architectural design method,the effect of many professional collaborative design method and the performance and the green building materials such as statistics,window wall ratio and shape coefficient calculation and construction layout,construction monomer of natural ventilation,daylighting and application methods on the analysis of the comprehensive energy consumption is studied.Proved that the use of BIM technology can realize the computer aided green building design and performance analysis of collaborative applications can be implemented.Through theoretical research and practice of BIM technology,hope more people to understand the application of BIM technology,and provide more for architects in green building design rich variety,and accurate and efficient supplementary role.
