Green building and earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are the trend and goal of the development of construction industry.Steel structure building has the advantages of green environmental protection,light weight and good seismic performance.It is the priority choice for the development of green building.It plays an important role in improving the comprehensive ability of sustainable development of cities and the national ability of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.Green building design mainly centers on the "four sections and one environmental protection" of the building;besides conventional calculation,structural design should carry out aseismic performance analysis to ensure the safety performance and service performance of the structure under rare earthquakes,so as to achieve the aseismic goal;it is necessary to carry out comparative analysis of economic performance for the determination of the scheme and the savings of project investment.The research and practice of green building cases is of great significance to the popularization and promotion of regional green buildings.Therefore,this paper takes an office building in Zhengzhou Gazelle Industrial Park as the research object,carries out the green building design and research,and carries out the structural design,economic performance comparative analysis and seismic performance analysis of A office building of the project.The main contents are as follows:(1)The strategy of green building design in Zhengzhou area is studied.Guided by the climate characteristics,the green building design strategies suitable for cold areas in Henan Province are put forward,aiming at building planning,thermal engineering of enclosure structure,reduction of thermal bridge,air tightness,sunshade and equipment system,which provide a basis for subsequent office building design.(2)The architectural design of an office Green building in Zhengzhou Gazelle Industrial Park was carried out.Based on the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T50378-2014,this paper designs and studies the building scheme of the office building from five aspects of land saving,energy saving,water saving,material saving and indoor environmental quality,and simulates and calculates the energy saving software of PKPM and TH SWARE.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope meets the requirements of the code,and there is no condensation phenomenon;the proportion of lighting coefficient reaching the standard area is more than 80%,and the glare index is less than 25;there is basically no eddy current area or no wind area outside the building,the maximum wind speed occurs on both sides of the building,and the wind speed in the outdoor pedestrian area is less than 5 m/s and the wind speed amplification coefficient is less than 2;the sound insulation performance of the air meets the regulation.The indoor background noise of the main functional rooms meets the requirements of the upper limit.(3)The structural design of A office building of a project of Zhengzhou Gazelle Industrial Park was carried out.Two models of steel structure and concrete structure established by PKPM are used to analyze and calculate the structure,and the economic performance of the two structures is compared from two aspects of engineering quantity and engineering cost.The results show that each parameter of the two structures meets the requirements of the code,and the structure does not belong to the situation of irregular torsion and no sudden change of floor bearing capacity.Comparing the calculation results of constant and live loads of the new and old codes,the difference of the calculation results of floor shear capacity is basically less than 4%,and the other parameters have no effect.The steel structuresaves 45% of concrete consumption compared with the concrete structure,and has obvious advantages of labor cost.Days are about 3/5 of concrete structures and the construction period is greatly shortened.It is concluded that the steel structure scheme is adopted in A office building,which has good seismic performance and is economical and efficient.(4)The seismic performance analysis of A office building is carried out.Using Etabsfiniteelement software to model and analyze,the structural dynamic characteristics,inter-storyshear force,inter-story displacement,inter-story displacement angle and plastic hinge distribution under response spectrum analysis,linear time-history analysis of frequent earthquakes and non-linear time-history analysis of rare earthquakes are obtained,and the seismic response characteristics of the structure are obtained.
