| China is a great agricultural country with a long history,and it breeds a wealth of farming culture.Agriculture park as the first and third industry combination,although in China has just appeared less than 20 years,but with the support of governments at all levels of the agricultural industry restructuring,ecological tourism,agricultural tourism park in such opportunities for the rapid development,many rural and traditional agricultural industry park seek and strive to transition and make its own characteristics.These parks have an immediate effect on the development of experience in agriculture,the promotion of regional economy,and the improvement of rural areas.It has become an important driving force for the promotion of new rural construction.But in full swing development of tourist agriculture at the same time,there still exist a lot of problems,such as lack of knowledge of agriculture tourism,redundant construction,tourism products low grade problem,which requires is a distinctive feature of the park to play a leading and guiding role.Therefore,it puts forward the concept of agricultural tourism characteristic Park,in view of the development of the park planning and design,it is necessary to make a systematic study on the theory of planning and design,operation mode and so on.Throughout the literature,there are few studies on the design and planning of large-scale agricultural tourism with multiple types of experience activities and large-scale production efficiency.Therefore,this paper from the point of view of the park features of combined with the author in the Nanjing King Wei agricultural tourism park planning design,us to explore how to use the planning and design of the multi-function and multi type of agricultural tourism park obtained better economic benefits.Strive for the future of agricultural tourism park planning and design theory to play a certain role..In this paper,the integration of various disciplines of ecological agriculture sightseeing park based on the research results,through literature review,case analysis,empirical research method,interdisciplinary research method,summarized the characteristics and classification of agricultural tourism park,landscape ecology,combined with the related theories of environmental psychology,multifunctional agriculture theory,sustainable development theory design,overview of agricultural tourism park planning summary,including the classification,characteristics and principle of planning and design,planning and design process and key points,and agricultural tourism factors mainly include:project characteristics,product characteristics,landscape features,cultural characteristics and marketing characteristics,and the excellent and typical case analysis.In this paper,the author participated in the agricultural tourism park in Nanjing Wei king as the actual case to analyze.Through to the site field survey,to understand the project location,traffic analysis,resource and environment analysis,with present situation analysis of the basic conditions are analyzed and summarized,overall planning,including overall layout,functional zoning,road traffic planning,water planning,tourism route planning,service facilities planning,industrial development planning,by graphic combination mode,in carries on the detailed design to the specific attractions,VI system and creative pieces.Trying to the project area to create a set of leisure agriculture tourism,characteristics of horticultural products production demonstration,green organic agricultural products production base and tourist resort experience catering for one of the modern agricultural tourism park.Finally,combining the theory research and project practice part of the text to carry on the summary and analysis of King Wei agricultural tourism park planning and design innovation and construction of agricultural tourism park to provide certain reference,and based on the reality of the forecast of the future development of agricultural tourism park. |
