Since entering the new century,the problem of energy conservation and environmental protection has always been one of the first questions of human society.In order to actively cope with the problem,our country issued energy-saving emission reduction of "Twelfth Five Year" plan in 2012,to reduce energy consumption,save the energy,create a conservation friendly society.China's urbanization is developing rapidly.The total area of every town in China new building to maintain a billion square meters a year before 2020.Building energy will increase dramatically,which brings enormous pressure to the implementation of the national energy-saving emission reduction policies.Among them,the large public buildings is worthy of attention.This kind of building only account for the total building area of about 6%,but its large consumption,is more than 10 times the power of residential buildings.So public building energy conservation research is the focus of the work,and pubic buildings in the form of heat source analysis is the key.The database management system is an efficient tool for modern data management,it can be good record and management for a lot of information and data,and to further analysis and calculation at the same time.Public building heat source of the development of the database can be more reasonable,comprehensive and centralized management of public building heat source system information.It is very convenient to the management and operation for building energy consumption.At the same time,it can provide the system operation,energy consump-tion,economy,energy saving and environmental protection aspects of objective and rational evaluation index system of the heat source efficiency.Conductive to a comprehensive understanding of the building source information.To develop energy policy,promoting building energy efficiency work has laid a solid foundation.In this paper,severe Shenyang in cold area as the research object of heat source system.By using the method of measurement and a combination of theoretical analysis.detailedly record the actual source of system parameters on the building,the basic information of economic cost and construction,which selecting a few representative of public buildings.To create a method which called Fuzzy mathematics and Hierarchy analysis in the evaluation of economy,energy saving and environmental aspects of the system on the basis of the theory of heat source at last.In order to develop the management system of public buildings heat source of cold area.This paper takes MS Access 2003 as the background database,using Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end development tool.You can realize the construction of basic information,building heat source system design parameters,building heat source system of operating parameters input and query,the building heat source system economy,energy saving and environment aspects of the suitability analysis through the database management system.And it can choose different heat source by analysis of transverse suitable,thus obtains the optimal scheme of heat source system.Provides a visual reference to the heat source system energy saving reform of building and the building will be built in the future.
