In recent years, the water source heat pump develops rapidly under the nationalgovernment great support and promotion, as a kind of green energy-saving heat/coldsource system. At home and abroad, the research on the engineering application andtechnology is not mature. Therefore, blind promotion and application of the systemmay cause many problems, resulting in the inefficient system which increasesbuilding energy consumption. The water resources and climate are the main factorsinfluencing water source heat pump system performance. Therefore, it is verynecessary to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of water structurein various regions, being used for the evaluation of the system applicability in thepractical project and offering theoretical support for the surface water source heatpump system application and promotion.Through analyzing the main factors influencing the surface water source heatpump, Hunan applicability evaluation system of surface water source heat pump isestablished according to the theory of analytic hierarchy process. Through analyzingthe characteristics of the drainage area distribution, analyzing and summarizing of theindexes of main factors influencing the heat pump system and testing water in thewinter in Hunan, the evaluation system proves the guess conclusion that waterdistribution is in vertical direction in the winter in South Area of China. Meanwhile,the formula between water temperature and air temperature in the winter in Hunan isestablished to make a fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation of applicability of thesurface water source heat pump in Hunan. The grade evaluation of the evaluationsystem is known and the applicability of the system in different parts is known afterevaluation indicators are processed and determined by improved analytic hierarchyprocess and after different evaluation indexes are processed to get the membershipdegree evaluation of each index according to the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Thesystem offers theoretical support for application and promotion of the surface watersource heat pump system in the application field in the future in Hunan.
