The toroidal drive is a typical space conjugate multiple transmission mechanism,which transfer movement and power by carious planetary wheel meshing through center worm and internal ring gear,with high carrying capacity,high transmission efficiency,transmission ratio characteristics and compact structure features,it's a new type of transmission mechanism has good transmission performance.But the transmission structure is complex,the center worm and internal ring gear is difficult processing,errors easy producing in manufacture and assembly process,which cause to load distribution uneven,the planetary wheels appear load uneven phenomenon,reduce the transmission performance and service life of mechanism.Therefore,it play a crucial role on the exert excellent performance of the toroidal worm to study effects of conjugate elements error on the load sharing performance mechanism and add even-load mechanism solve the problem of uneven load distribution.The main research contents in this study:(1)The static analysis model of transmission system is established,and the error of the mechanism is analyzed and calculated.The influence of the error on the system load coefficient is calculated by Matlab.(2)According to the influence of error on the transmission load,combing with the characteristics and operating conditions of the toroidal drive mechanism,the error sensitive conjugate component planet wheel is designed into a floating structure,using oil film floating reduce error effect,play the role of even load.(3)Based on the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication,to establish hydrodynamic lubrication equations of the planetary wheel floating oil film,use finite difference method to solve the floating oil film theory,and analyzes the influence of different structure parameters on the static characteristics.(4)The numerical simulation analysis of floating oil film is carried out by Fluent,which has studied the variation of floating oil film pressure and bearing capacity under different rotating speed,eccentricity and oil inlet pressure.(5)Using CFD dynamic mesh model to analyze the dynamic characteristics of oil film floating,floating dividing oil film into multiple equivalent section,calculating each section stiffness and damping,analyzing the influence of different conditions on the stiffness and damping,which provide the necessary data for further analysis ofdynamic characteristics of oil film floating rotor and discuss the stability of the system.(6)According to the model of the floating oil film,the equivalent loading method of multi-section spring damped damping is adopted,planetary gear oil film rotor dynamics model established in ADAMS,analysis the dynamic characteristics of even-load mechanism of oil film.The validity and feasibility of the floating oil film are verified by the comparison between the load factor and the transmission performance.
