| As more and more rural and fishery village residents choose to work or live in cities and towns,the purchase of housing in cities and towns has become a major demand.However,in reality,due to the improper site of commercial housing,on the one hand,rural and fishery village residents can't buy their satisfactory housing,on the other hand urban housing has inventory.Thus,from the view of the site selection of commercial housing,how to judge whether the development housing is welcomed by rural and fishery village residents has become a problem worthy of in-depth study.Through the study of the preference for living place of rural and fishery village residents,this paper establishes the evaluation model of site selection of commercial housing in Zhoushan City.The establishment of the model is conducive to carry out site selection activities of commercial housing in accordance with the characteristics of rural and fishery village residents.It is of positive significance in promoting the long-term,healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry in Zhoushan City,and boost the economic development steadily in Zhoushan City.First of all,this paper conducts a survey of the relevant research of the domestic and foreign site selection of housing,and then,through the methods of literature analysis and field investigation,this paper looks for and screens and modifies the factors that affect the site selection of commercial housing related to this research,and establishes the evaluation index system of site selection.And then,mainly combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it builds an evaluation model of site selection of commercial housing which is applicable for the rural and fishery village in Zhoushan City.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model is verified by the case of the resettlement residential area for Ma'an village in Changzhi island,Lincheng New District of Zhoushan City. |
