'Running Water Over The Stone' Topic Design Of 'Bai Hua Zhou' Clubhouse

Thanks to the core status of famous 'Spring' in Jinan culture, she is usually known as 'the city of spring'. 'Running Water Over Stone' is a realistic painting of Jinan local courtyards which are surrounded by spring water and willows.'Bai Hua Zhou'is a typical 'spring-yard' community located inside the spring scenic spots of Jinan. As a representative part of peculiar spring culture of Jinan, 'Bai Hua Zhou' should be paid more attention to in the aspect of living cultural heritage during urban renovation planning. In order to protect the history and culture of Jinan preferably and avoid homogeneity, artistic scene reconstructing of 'Running Water Over Stone' verse is to inherit and salute to spring culture of Jinan, the key is to combine functional requirements and spiritual demands in the design of public space. Consequently, the'Running Water Over Stone' topic design of 'Bai Hua Zhou' clubhouse is an epitome of'spring life' in Jinan but also most symbolic responsibility of designer and architect in the present.Based on the above, this research mainly consists of three parts. First of all, through site visits and research to understand the impact on the building caused by natural element of the 'Bai Hua Zhou'community and surrounding. At same time,writer found design breakthrough clues by analyzing regional history and decided to locate her space design topic in ' Running Water Over Stone' theme to show the essence of regional culture in Jinan. Secondly, discuss how can we reveal the 'Running Water Over Stone'topic by contemporary design language. The whole design logic mainly bases on creating romantic feeling and charm of 'Running Water Over Stone' verse by sublimating regional culture, insisting combine functional requirements and spiritual demands and leading diversified spatial relationships. Thirdly, analyze and display my two design flow schemes form design elements extraction, architectural formation, interior layout-effects,all the way down to experience design, to forming 'Running Water Over Stone,atmosphere. Finally, discuss design results and conclusion. In the process of fast-changing urbanization, more and more urban planning prefer to internationalization rather than traditional regional culture. During the refurbishments of urban aging sections,our designers should pay more attention to living cultural heritage, focus on the local traditional culture, preserve the soul of historic city through transforming of a old city into a new one in modern design language. To create the romantic feeling and charm of'Running Water Over Stone' verse is a compelling responsibility of designer and architect under the urban development of Jinan since local residents have long been resisting their natural urge on the living conditions that houses are surrounded by spring and spring during urbanization of Jinan.
