China,as the world's second largest economy,plays an irreplaceable role in the global trade economy.Port,as an important hub of domestic and foreign trade,has a position that can not be ignored,and now with the continuous opening of the port market,the requirements of the container port is getting higher and higher.Berth is an important resource for container port,berth allocation is an important problem in container port.As a non renewable resources of the port,berth allocation effectively can improve the port handling capacity and reduce the cost of port management so as to improve the competitiveness of the port,it is urgent to solve the problem of container port.In this case,the berth allocation problem has become a hot issue in recent years.Based on the comprehensive analysis of port operation system,berth types and characteristics of the system.The total ship time in port as the optimization objective,adding time window constraints,established the mathematical model of the berth allocation,and according to the characteristics of the model derived from the corresponding constraints.Due to the complexity of system and the berth allocation mathematical model,mathematical analysis method generally difficult to get the optimal solution,this paper uses the invasive weed optimization to solve and analysis of the model,invasive weeds optimization is a new optimization algorithm of intelligent computer,compared to the genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm has a corresponding ancient advantage.Invasive weed optimization considering every feasible solution,to conduct a comprehensive search to obtain the optimal solution of the entire search space.So in this paper the distribution characteristics of the container berth under the condition that the mathematical model of invasive weed optimization is used to fit the actual situation of the berth allocation,but also more conducive to quickly and accurately obtain the optimal solution.On this basis,this paper uses MATLAB software coding to achieve the algorithm,more effective and direct thealgorithm to optimize the results,to obtain the optimal solution of the model.
