On this basis, and then analyzes the quality management system of B project, starting from the characteristics of the project,and proposed the establishment of project quality management characteristics of the quality management system, and puts forward the basic framework: the design phase of the project quality management system,quality management system,procurement process of project construction process quality management and project quality management system.
