In recent years, with the development and utilization of the ocean oil and gas resources, the large structures start developing to the deep water area, which make the size of the structure more and more huge. As the key technique to the maritime transport of large structures, slippage shipment operation becomes more important, while the structure weighing more than ten thousand tons appears. STCW78/95 convention specified that each contracting state crew competency assessment must be conducted.Since the higher cost consumption of ship operation training, and there is a certain degree of risk, and the computer simulation training under simulated operation training simulation platform, with lower training costs. Therefore, this paper will take the "Offshore Oil 229" as the goal barge ship, the PY34-1 large jacket as the goal structure, use C # language to develop the software of slippage shipment simulation system. The main contents include: Analyze the jacket forcesn the ballast water forces and the environmental forces while slipping into the barge, study the variation tendency of the buoyancy and stability of the ship; Basing on the basic theory of hydromechanics and pipe network and the piping layout of the "haiyangshiyou 229" barge, develop the ballast system control mathematical model; Analyze the force and the moment of the jacket to the barge while slipping into the barge, develop the jacket mathematical model; Analyze the hydrodynamic performance of the "haiyangshiyou 229" barge, the "haiyangshiyou 229" barge, develop the barge motion mathematical model; Develop the ballast system control simulation software by the C#.NET language; Design ballast water stowage plan and verify the system.
