The technology of Slippage shipment is the important segment in ocean engineering.it requires special knowledge background,high technology and it was high risky.it was in operation monopolistic and technique secret at present,how to control the shipment process more effective and reasonable,raise reliability and efficiency is a urgency task currently.So we should firstly take a research on slippage shipment.Based on the system analysis of strength forced on barge in slippage shipment, this paper models barge's forces,analyses the factors effect shipment,adopts the method of multi-target optimization,builds a universal model of ballast water regulation and calculates the result by GA(Genetic Algorithm),which provides a effective way to optimize process of slippage shipment.The main content of this paper are as follow:1. According to the theory of shipping statics,analys the diversification and disciplinarian of barge's buoyant and stability,make universal model of ballast water regulation.2. Build a optimization model of ballast water regulation through the optimization analysis of ballast water regulation in slippage shipment,and constitute a series of guideline for regulation,which is used to judge the performance of different regulation schemes.3. Analyze the factors effect the process of slippage shipment,adopt method of multi-targets optimization,and calculate the optimization schematic by means of GA(Genetic Algorithm),which is implemented by Matlab software.4. Constitute a simulation equipment of barge based on PC and PLC,simulate the process of slippage shipment with optimization regulation according to actual situation of shipment executionand validate the optimization model through experiments.
