Study On Quality Control Of Z Lab Modification Project In HEU

At present,the quality control of construction engineering mainly depends on the field technicians' referring to standards by hand.However,this method is not only low efficient but also making wrong easily.With the development of science&technology,the Z lab of HEU needs update and modification.Compare with other modification projects,this engineering project has the problem of construction complex and professional requirement and lack of necessary quality control.Under the background,this paper studied the quality control of Z lab of HEU project using project management theory and methods.First of all,analyzed the first term modification of Z lab,focus on the present condition and existed problem of quality control.Analyzed the cause of problems from four aspects which are staff,mechanical equipment and technical level,materials and environment.Then,set up whole process quality management system and applied it in the second term modification project.Through the comparison between the first term and the second one,draw the conclusion of the priority and efficiency of whole process quality management.At last,proposed guarantee measurements from three aspects which are construction staff,materials and equipments.
