The Research Of Regional Cultural Landscape Design Of Wuwei High Speed Rail Station Square

The acceleration of globalization and cultural exchanges between countries and regions has brought prosperity of social and economic development,which also affect the status of our urban landscape."International Style" urban landscape has become stereotyped,a growing number of cities have lost their features.Therefore,presenting the history and culture of the city recalls traditional urban civilization,more and more landscape architects are concerned about how to reflect the regional characteristics,.High-speed rail station is not only an important gateway of the city,but also an important window of the city from which people can know the city.Therefore,as a a business characteristic card of a city,the Station Square is not only a showcase of the artistic charm of modern urban public space,but also a place to show the city’s image."Only a nation’s can belong to the world." Thus,integrating the regional characteristics into the Station Square would avoid copying the same urban landscape pattern of thousands cities.First,on the basis of proposed geographical and cultural connotation of the importance and necessity of landscape construction of high-speed rail station,this paper analyzes the status situation of landscape designing of the Square of high-speed rail station,relevant background culture,and relevant research at home and abroad.Secondly,the thesis expounded the regional culture,landscape design and other related concepts and connotation,in terms of psychology,environmental behavior and garden aesthetics of the former high-speed rail station square landscape design theory,then put forward the regional culture design elements of Station Square : the regional culture of mining,as well as landscape design principles of landscape design practices,specifically,the mining from natural elements,social and cultural factors as well as sites excavated environmental factors,mining methods discussed regional culture.For the principles of geographical and cultural landscape design are as following: respecting the site,making advantage of resources,unifying the whole part,in line with the times,highlighting the history of the times,satisfying ecological sustainability,granting full of beauty;then,elaborating local conditions,metaphor and symbolism method,reproduction method is introduced to the axis of France and other landscape space landscape design practices.Then analyzed the components of the station square Regional Cultural Landscape in details,including terrain,water,sculpture,plants,paving,etc.Finally,the paper took the Square Landscape design of Wuwei County High Speed Rail Station as an example to demonstrate the proposed design principles and practices in order to provide a meaningful reference for designing high-speed railway station square.
