The Research Of BIM Model Standard And QTO Template Based On ITWO 5D Project Management Platform

In recent years,the spread of the national fire BIM,both national and local standards are constantly improving.In the face of this new round of technological revolution,China's cost management can get much benefit from it,is still in the research stage.And because the cost of the traditional work patterns will increase a lot of additional costs,especially when the change in the design changes,every time you have to re check the change degree of the drawings,and some design changes which may not easily be found,the cost of errors between the calculated and actual list.And the use of BIM technology,can be calculated at different stages of the corresponding list of costs,and the higher the degree of fineness of the model,based on the model to get the more accurate cost information.Based on BIM model,BIM model,and the component list quota articulated,can achieve real-time output target,and once the model has changed later changes,only need to update the model of information cost in the software,you can quickly reflected in the cost,really achieve a modified real-time measurement work mode.This not only improves the work efficiency of the calculation,but also improves the accuracy of the list.In this paper,the cost of three domestic and BIM technology combined with the status quo analysis,summed up the reasons for the existing problems,and propose solutions.At the same time,this paper makes a simple summary and analysis of the platform and its advantages.Because the iTWO project management platform belongs to the foreign project management platform,at present,there is not a complete set of BIM model standard and calculation template in China.Therefore,this paper studied on the modeling standard based on the platform at the same time,the platform of calculation formula can freely edit,the calculation formula of the standard based on a summary of the components,forming a calculation based on the standard of the template.Finally,in a school dormitory construction decoration engineering as an example,to build a model using Revit software,and put into the iTWO calculation,at the same time,compared with the traditional calculation mode,verify the accuracy of the calculation amount of template.
