With Revit software as platform,based on the variation analysis of measurement method of the bill of quantity directly derived from the Revit breakdown function and the bill of quantity calculation code,by research into the fields like modeling rules design,analysis and adjustment of calculation of bill of quantity etc,it conforms to the rules of list of quantities to calculate the amount of Revit modeling and calculation method of quantities,the conclusive Revit modelling and calculation method of bill of quantity conforming to bill of quantity calculation code is reached.Through case analysis of the differences between BIM calculation and other calculation methods,the accuracy and efficiency of the BIM cost calculation method selected under various methods are discussed,and the calculation function is improved at the same time.Finally,it is verified that the relevant research could establish the BIM calculation model in the actual project successfully.Firstly,this paper sets out the research background,research content domestic and abroad and introduces the current regularly used software for technical calculation based on BIM technology available in the market and gives the understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the regularly used BIM based quantity calculation method and comparisons are made between several commonly used BIM modeling calculation software,finding out their limitations and problems and analyzing the status quo of the application of BIM in quantity calculation.In order to solve the problem of inconsistency of the measurement rules of Revit software with that of the bill of quantities code,firstly,it is necessary to understand the calculation rules of bill of quantities of related components and the mutual deduction of different components in the model through divergence analysis.According to the bill of quantities code requirements,cause analysis is conducted to the error of bill of quantity generated between each sub-system sub-sectional works specified in Bill of Quantity code and Revit software modeling statistics,then,the deduction rules of the same type of component are analyzed in combination with divergence analysis and the measurement rules of the current bill of quantities code in China.Then,based on the actual modeling process and method,the concrete modeling rules for building the BIM based computation model are given.In addition,the information extension method based on BIM calculation model is given,and the attribute information required by adding the calculation workload of the component,so as to determine the method of bill of quantity statistics.When studying the divergence between the calculation model and the bill of quantity code,this paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the difference between the bill of quantities code and Revit software in the subsection-projects through a lot of comparison and experiments and the mutual deduction rules of the same components and different components from each other in the model.In reference to the existing enterprise and industry norms and standards,a standardized study was made on the establishment of model conforming to calculation,including naming and modeling rules,as well as bill of quantity statistical methods.Finally,in corporation with the specific project case,the BIM calculation model was established through the research and development of the modeling specification of BIM calculation model,and the bill of quantity was obtained through the information extension and the statistical method of bill of quantity.The results are compared with those obtained by other methods to verify the research results.It is of huge significance to improve the work efficiency of project cost staff and management staff in the future and accelerate the application and development of BIM in practical projects.
