From the view of direct-air-cooled power plant technology development at present,although the air-cooling technology has a lot of advantages,combined with the actual operation effect,but some of the more prominent problems to be solved and improved,such as air-cooling radiator dirt,noise pollution,environmental temperature and wind effect,poor vacuum tightness,high temperature in summer not to be full load.This paper introduces the air-cooling unit to limite rated output in the summer,and further discusses the commonly used a number of targeted measures and its advantages and disadvantages,Yuncheng Power Plant with its own at peak power of air-cooling unit,there are many kinds of improvement methods,summed up his experience at this stage are generally recognized: frequency method air cooler,air cooling radiator unit overclocking operation of desalted water cleaning,to air-cooling radiator fin surface spraying fog water etc..In view of the special nature of air-ooling unit relative wet-cooling unit,in order to improve the performance of the condenser in summer,the Yuncheng Power Plant focusing on the project additional peak surface condenser,so as to improve the vacuum degree,reduce coal consumption,not because of low vacuum to limit the load.This paper introduces the implementation of the transformation process,and discusses its economy and security,and puts forward some suggestions on the possible problems after the transformation.Aiming at the problem of limit load during the air-cooling unit in summer load is proposed in this paper and implement margin using steam feed pump,auxiliary circulating cooling water system,by adding a surface condenser and the turbine exhaust steam pipeline and condensate water pipeline,vacuum pipe and other facilities,as part of the exhaust the host rush cooler #2 unit air cooling system,which is equivalent to a larger #2 steam turbine exhaust cooling system scale,which is a part of the original direct air-cooling system,the other part is the new peak cooling system.The back pressure is reduced about 4k Pa project after the transformation,the peak of condenser cooling steam turbine exhaust is about 170t/h,so as to improve the unit ability in summer,and ultimately determine the best way to run the program,it is worth promotion in the direct air cooling power plant.This paper analyzes the peak condenser effect after transformation,to determine the method of field engineering experiment operation time,and to evaluate its safety and economy,practice has proved that the scheme to achieve the purpose of energy saving,largely to ensure the unit operation safety and economy,a the profound significance in the field of air-cooling unit,to provide some help for the air-cooling unit in summer.
