The information security risks strategy and the network resources for electric energy data acquire system was planned and designed.Finally, a case of actual channel building of electric energy data acquire system of a power company is designed, which proves the feasiblity of the proposed theory and application model. The EPON technology is a feasible solution for electric communication network in the future.
