Transmission network planning is the key content to the development of the power grid,especially the rationality of the grid structure is directly related to the operation of power grid.Wind energy has become more and more important in the power system as the most development potential.However,due to the randomness of wind power output,the impact cannot be ignored,but also affect the traditional power network planning.The wind power brings a certain degree of difficulty in creating and solving the planning model,so the study of wind power grid planning considerations of great significance.Most existing grid planning focuses on the economic aspects of grid planning,but transmission efficiency is an important manifestation of grid development and operation-al efficiency of enterprises.More attention should be paid on operational efficiency of the grid planning toimprove the level of lean network planning.Considering the factors above,this paper constructs the load index of different types of lines from the transmission characteristics of the network structure and line at first,and proposed the weighting method based on the line tidal flow medium according to the important degree of different lines in the power grid.Compared with traditional weighting method based on moment estimation theory,this method can evaluate the overall operation efficiency of the power grid by considering the topology of the line,the active power flow and the importance of the line.Considering the characteristics of probability distribution of the wind power output and based on the characteristics of sea-sonal variation of wind power output,the typical problem is divided into four typical scenarios:summer,summer,winter and winter.Operation efficiency index system,and establish an optimization model of main grid structure planning considering different wind loss,different transmission network equipment operating efficiency and economy.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional binary quantum PSO algorithm,this paper in-troduces a niche technology and graph theory repair strategy based on binary quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,and proposes an optimization method based on improved binary quantum PSO algorithm.The global search ability of the algorithm has been enhanced.The result of this paper is to supplement and perfect the existing new en-ergy and network planning,and provide reference for the comprehensive evaluation of power network planning.
