Wind power is distributed at the end of the grid in our country and it has thecharacteristics of randomness, fluctuations and intermittent which reduce thesecurity and stability of power system. What’s more,it proposed higher requirementsto the weak grid structure,so we should do some research on the wind powerintegration planning methods. The load rate of transmission line is closely related tothe security of the grid so we can give a viable approach to solve the problem ofwind power planning as follows. At first, find the relationship between the load rateof transmission line and inject of different nodes in the grid from the perspective ofthe analysis of power network.Second, use the analytic relationship to site and sizethe wind power. Thrid, change the structure of grid to improve the security of powergrid. The article derived the analytical expressions of the line current at first. Then, itgives the analytical expression of sensitivity between line current and nodeinjection.Further more,it gives the sensitivity formulas between load rate oftransmission lines and node injection current, average load rate of tansmission linesand node injection current. By calculating and comparing the value of thesedifferent sensitivities, we know how to adjust node injection current to change thevalue of the load rate of tansmission lines in the most effective way in order toimprove the security of power grid. These studies provides a theoretical basis for thefollowing wind power planning method. Two dfferent wind power fram planning methods with different objectivefunctions were put forward under the condition that no changes has happened in gridstructure in oder to find the siting and sizing of wind power. The one method is toasure the average load rate of transmission lines is the minimum and intergrate thewind power farm to the power grid in the best position under the condition of objectwind power capacity. The other method is to site the wind power farm to maximizethe object wind power capacity. Both of the methods solved the problem siting andsizing of wind power. The security of power gird has been reduced, result from the integration ofwind power so the article give a power network planning method which is botheconomical and with high security by comparing the sensitivity between line currentand wind power injection. A wind power grid-source coordination planningthree-tier model are proposed for the problem that wind power planning and powernetworking is not synchronized. It coordinated wind power planning, power networkplanning and reactive power compensation. What’s more,it consider the overall economy and security of planning scheme. Finally, simulations and case studies areconducted which verify the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method.
