With the society’s improvement,the people’s living standards have been improving,accompanied by economic growth,people’s lifestyle improvement requirements continue to increase,resulting in continued increase in demand for electricity.In the case of power-related equipment diversification,the quality of power supply and continuous power supply capacity and security requirements are higher,but the objective environment,many substation equipment in the course of running failure,most of the use of life is too long,Lack of maintenance led to various problems,power transmission disruption often occurs,the industrial and agricultural production has brought great inconvenience.In order to reduce the power supply pressure,the relevant departments to increase the substation construction and investment.Substation equipment in the use of links usually wear and tear,will affect the quality of transmission and production process costs,so the substation needs to be expanded,the replacement of related equipment,overhaul and technical transformation to solve the existing problems.Substation overhaul and technical transformation process should consider the relevant labor costs and material costs,and efforts to reduce costs for the purpose of efficiency,substation maintenance and maintenance is the basis for the protection of power supply,but the corresponding expenditure on the proportion of total assets Large,for overhaul or technical transformation,as well as scrapped decision-making need in-depth study in order to make reasonable decisions.This paper first analyzes the cost management theory of substation overhaul and technical transformation,and lists the cost management problems of traditional overhaul and technological transformation project.Mainly in the accounting and management,that is,most from the financial point of view to analyze the composition of the cost,rather than project management should consider the cost,lists the use of LCC model substation overhaul and technological transformation project cost management advantages;overhaul and technological transformation project cost factors to take a substation overhaul and technical transformation projects as an example,and the use of tub theory to overhaul or technical transformation to make decisions,and based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and value theory overhaul and technological transformation project substation costs Program to make the optimal choice.Finally,the paper analyzes the example,and puts forward the idea of cost management of substation overhaul and technological transformation project according to the results of the study.In this paper,the whole life cycle method is used to study the cost management ofsubstation overhaul and technological transformation project,and the relevant cost drivers are analyzed as the basis of establishing model.The decision-making model established in this paper,as well as the analysis of the advantages of LCC cost management,can be used for the current substation enterprises in the substation overhaul and technological transformation process,according to the actual development of the enterprise,consider the use of LCC cost management model,Scientific decision-making,in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cost management,to promote substation overhaul and technical transformation project work smoothly,on the basis of saving project costs,increase project efficiency.
