| In order to deal with urgent problems such as global energy shortage,environmental pollution and so on,the world is looking for new alternative energy,so energy has gradually become the focus of domestic and abroad research departments.Therefore,the rise of smart grid also indicates that the new industrial revolution is imminent.As the basic node of power grid,substation has this irreplaceable position,and then intelligent substation has become an important part of smart grid construction.As an intelligent substation,it should have the following characteristics from the overall structure:①primary device intelligent②total station digital information③standardization of information sharing④advanced application interaction.Under this framework,it can also automatically complete basic functions as protection,control,acquisition,measurement,metrology and others.Meanwhile,the intelligent substation also have functions like intelligent alarm,sequential control and other advanced applications.For the intelligent substation,the key lies in the secondary equipment and intelligent technology,and intelligent of primary device is also achieved through the secondary equipment and technology.Facing the world’s rapid development of power,power grid stability has become a new issue.The reliability of the traditional substation has been basically solved,but with the erection and development of smart grid,intelligent substation reliability research has also entered the white-hot stage.In the emerging smart grid system,the problem that whether intelligent substation can ensure the safe and stable operation in the daily work of has become the focus of researchers in domestic and abroad.After collecting the operation data,the power system can be evaluated and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.With finding the nodes that need to be improved in the network,it can improve the stability and reliability of the system to indicate directions of design and optimization.Finally,the grid system can achieve the goal of stability and reliability,and enhance economic benefits from the derived benefits.It can be confirmed that the meaning of reliability of the power system exists.For the intelligent substation,the reliability of the substation depends on the stability of the secondary equipment and the reliability of the primary equipment.At present,the analysis method for reliability can be divided into two kinds:①analytic method②Monte Carlo simulation.In this paper,the method of fault tree in analytic method is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the data provided by intelligent substation.This paper selects a second-generation intelligent station which been put into use at the end of 2013 as the research object-Future C ity 220 kV Intelligent Substation.Future C ity 220 kV intelligent substation is the benchmarking project of State Grid Corporation in 2013,and it is also the first batch of second-generation intelligent substation.In this paper,through the fault tree analysis method,using the future 220 kV intelligent substation as the d ata source,analyzing the second-generation intelligent substation operation reliability,in order to prove that the new intelligent substation in the power system can guarantee stable and reliable operation. |
