| In recent years,State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Corporation have introduced a new type of substation-smart substation,which is widely promoted in their respective jurisdictions.The intelligent substation adopts highly integrated,advanced technology,low-carbon environmental protection and safe and reliable intelligent equipment to realize communication,interconnection,information digitization and centralized management of the whole station,and automatically complete the collection and measurement,measurement and monitoring,and protection of equipment operation data.Basic functions such as control and control,and advanced functions such as online decision analysis,automatic adjustment,intelligent control and interactive collaboration according to the actual needs of the power grid.Due to the high-information management of the intelligent substation,if the equipment or components in the station fail to be repaired and processed in time,it will have a huge impact on the safety of the entire power grid.After the failure of the traditional substation,the dispatching center of the power grid company will notify the duty operation and maintenance personnel by telephone.The operation and maintenance personnel will go to the site to check according to the dispatching instructions.After confirming the fault,the telephone will notify the person in charge of the maintenance,and the person in charge of the maintenance will call the person in charge of the team or the team leader.The team leader then organizes the repair force to the site for repair.The duration of this process can be long or short,but the steps are particularly cumbersome.How to use the intelligent equipment in the intelligent substation to automatically notify the fault data to the person in charge of the maintenance team,the leader or the person in charge of the work.Improving the fault repair efficiency of smart substations is a challenge for grid company managers.Firstly,the domestic and international research status of substation emergency treatment technology is deeply analyzed.According to the characteristics of substation emergency treatment,the requirements and design goals of substation emergency analysis and disposal system are put forward.Based on these requirements and objectives,the basic tools and basic theories necessary to develop the system,such as Microsoft.NET Framework,C#,structured software design theory,C/S and B/S basic principles,are introduced.Then,the overall requirements and functional module requirements of the substation emergency response system were analyzed and discussed in detail,including the system data flow diagram and system E-R diagram.Finally,according to the module requirements of the system,the basic functions and two core functions of the system are designed in detail,and the functions and interfaces of the system are realized in the Microsoft visual studio 2010 development environment using the C# programming language.After the realization of the substation emergency disposal system,the functional module test and system stress test of the system are carried out,and the test results reach the actual demand.The system can fully utilize the modern informatization means to solve the traditional substation and only pass the multi-level telephone after an emergency.Contacting the phenomenon of handling faults maximizes the working efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel,thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid. |
