In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,there is an increasing demand for large-scale construction project.However,the traditional methods of management have become less applicable to the construction project because of the large scale,complicate structure and technology,increasing partners in the construction unit and changeable construction conditions.In order to achieve the management goals of large-scale construction project,it's of great importance to use new techniques and methods.What's more,the schedule is the key goal as it is one of the construction project goals.Since the great amount of information to analyze and estimate and the information in the project management has changed with the construction stage,there needs distinct dynamic characteristic and timely adjustment in adjusting the schedule plan.Aiming at the requirement,this paper has researched deeply in automatic generation of schedule based on the theory of project management and technology of automatic generation.In order to elicit the concept of dynamic adjustment of project schedule plan,the research has introduced definition,content and characteristics of project schedule and studied the reasons of overestimated time and construction delay firstly.Second,the paper introduced the definition of Automatic adaptive control technology and made it clear on the characteristics of stability and dynamism and the nature of feedback control model.Moreover,the paper not only has pay more attrition to introduced the principle of automatic control feedback control and its structure,such as comparison module,controlling module and detection module,but also has cleared that the specific workflow of automatic adaptive feedback control system is consist of input comparator and controller,output module,detection module and feedback circuit which can make the process continues until there is no difference in the system or the status of the object can be stable as expected.Third,there is the hypothesis conditions for the application of automatic adaptive technology in the Schedule of Large-scale Construction Project based on the possibility of solving the problem of schedule plan when using automatic adaptive technology after some correlation analysis of them.According to these conditions,it built adjusting rules which became the foundation to establish the automatic adaptive system of schedule plan in Large-scale Construction Project.Finally,do purpose analysis and demand analysis for the system to clear the function demand,put forward data receiving module,data processing module and data analysis module and analyze working principle and workflow of these modules.Having accomplished the steps above,the research proposed automatic adaptive principle,built automatic adaptive system of schedule plan in Large-scale Construction Project and used practical data to test the availability of the system.
