Distribution system is closely connected with the users,and its power supply reliability directly affects the users' electricity experience,so it is the direction of the current power system to improve the reliability of power distribution system.As the basis of smart grid,distribution automation switch has the advantages of quick action and high accuracy,therefore it has been widely used in power distribution system in recent years.At the same time,the distributed generation is more and more accessible to the distribution system with the advantages of clean and flexible use.The distribution system reliability evaluation model,methods and indexes are quite different from the traditional distribution system,so it is necessary to model the distribution system and put forward a new reliability evaluation algorithm.The reliability evaluation of the distribution system considering distribution automation and distributed generation is realized in this paper.Compared with the traditional manual switch,the distribution automation switch has excellent operating characteristics,and the switch can be completed in a few seconds.But the action process may lead to some load points experiencing instantaneous power failure,and the traditional distribution system reliability research has not considered the instantaneous power failure event.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes the action sequence of the power distribution automation switch during the fault recovery process,and introduces the instantaneous power failure frequency index.At the same time,in view of complex distribution system which contains multiple interconnection and section switches,the diversification of power supply recovery paths after failure may leads to the uncertainty of reliability evaluation results,a model of the power recovery process is implemented by using the improved genetic algorithm based on fault reconstruction;after obtaining the optimal reconstruction scheme,the reliability indices can be calculated based on failure mode and effect analysis.As for the reliability evaluation containing distributed generation,this paper firstly establishes wind turbine and photo-voltaic power,and then classify the distributed generation from two respective,whether the DG could be spare power supply of the main power and whether there are any pathways between DG and the main power,and the fault reconstruction scheme with different types of DG is constructed from the point of view of fault recovery;finally,sequential Monte Carlo simulation algorithm is utilized for the reliability evaluation process.
