Considering environmental friendly and economic advantages of efficient, reliable power generation distributed power is more and more widely recognized. Connected to the power distribution system, make the radiant of distribution system by a single power supply network into electricity networks containing more than one source, the operation mode of distribution system also leads to a significant change. Previous evaluation method needs further research, this paper aimed at this situation evaluate reliability method of distributed power access distribution system.This paper proposes a method of reliability assessment of distribution network which is based on feeder partition. Fully consider component fault, such as feeder,distribution transformer, circuit breaker, disconnecting switch, to calculate reliability index of all the partitions in different cases, and as minimum partition for the unit to traverse the entire distribution system, to assess the reliability of the distribution network.Compared with the method of traditional components for the unit to fail to enumerate evaluation of distribution system reliability, the method of assessment of higher efficiency, considering factors more fully, more reliability.Then considering the randomness of load and distributed power, establish its probability model of power output. To consider the randomness and intermittent of the solar and wind speed, figure out and analyze a great number of data of wind speed and solar, draw closer to the Probability distribution function of the actual situation, And then by the model of the power output of distributed power sources, establish a probability model of distributed power generation system. Through sum up the relationship of load power and time, then according to its randomness and volatility, obtain the probability density function of load power. Calculate reliable operation probability of each load point through reflect the input-output relations of sub-region.Access to distribution system with distributed generation, the assessment program based on combining feeder partition with failure mode and effects analysis is designed.Zoning principles of distributed power distribution system are provided. According to failure mode and effects analysis, the paper designs search program of all kinds of partitions. Then the reliability of distribution system is evaluated, based on the calculating indicators which are relied on reliable operation probability at each load point and the partition scheme. Four different distributed power access solutions are used, to analyze the effects of different capacities and different types of distributed power to the distribution network. The results are analyzed.Finally, IEEE39-bus system is used as a standard example, to analyze the simulation results of four different access schemes. The results show that the distributed power of four different access schemes has varying degrees of improving the reliability of the system.
