| This thesis analyzes the development of photovoltaic industry technology and the research status of the domestic and foreign network,as well as the national and power grid distribution network reform and photovoltaic industry policy.Combined with the latest edition of the domestic distribution network planning guideline of three standards of power distribution network comprehensive planning for the future national grid’s new energy industry layout and the concrete implementation plan,goal,it is concluded that the overall is suitable for the development of photovoltaic industry Jinzhou district planning is the urgent task of Jinzhou power grid development.In this thesis,the photovoltaic power generation demonstration project planning area of Jinzhou City,through the calculation of distribution network and the total economic development in recent years has developed 2020,2025,2030 three photovoltaic industry planning,and analyses the construction of distribution network planning of photovoltaic development agreement.Based on photovoltaic maximum surplus hair than,calculation theory of the third phase of development ultimate capacity and the construction of solar energy photovoltaic component blocks.This thesis also proposes a distributed power distribution network prediction,situation awareness and other auxiliary means of distribution network based on active in regulating resource coordination control for distributed photovoltaic grid connected control network source load coordination active distribution network scheme,and analyze the implementation scheme.This thesis presents the storage grid photovoltaic power station construction scheme of FM and integration of photovoltaic development in suburban areas of Jinzhou.Taking photovoltaic Jinzhou Yixian poverty alleviation project as the basis for development planning,only one of the Yixian photovoltaic project can be the construction of photovoltaic power generation project installed capacity of 30 MWp,annual power generation capacity of 63 million 283 thousand degrees of theory,and developed a combination of agricultural planting to specific implementation plan,and analyzes the Jinzhou area theory construction of suburban PV total developed gradually year by year,the construction of suburban photovoltaic industry scheme.This thesis finally analyzes the urban and suburban distributed photovoltaic grid economic and social benefits,through the analysis of photovoltaic construction in Jinzhou area under the policy support with general economic benefits,but has significant social benefits,to lay the foundation for the implementation of photovoltaic development in Jinzhou area. |
